Austenitic TIG welding rod for similar, stabilized and non-stabilized CrNi and CrNiMo steels, especially in chemical plant construction. Heat and scale resistant up to 800 °C, suitable for wet corrosion up to 400 °C. Not sufficiently resistant to nitric acid. The polishability of niobium-stabilized welds is limited! For base materials such as 1.4301, 1.4306, 1.4435, 1.4541, 1.4550, 1.4571, 1.4583 and similar.
