Shipping conditions

Your order will be processed after receipt of the order. The delivery time applicable to the respective item is displayed on the product page and, where technically provided, in the shopping cart or at checkout.

We do not charge shipping costs for deliveries within Germany unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For deliveries to other countries, shipping costs are calculated based on the country of delivery, weight, dimensions and shipping method and are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Parcel shipments are generally sent with DHL or UPS. Goods requiring freight forwarding are identified automatically and sent with a suitable freight-forwarding company. The shipping service provider used in each case is shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation.

For several items, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time unless partial delivery has been agreed.

Country-specific shipping restrictions may apply to dangerous goods and certain product groups. Such items may not be available for delivery to the selected country.

Payment conditions

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. The availability of individual payment methods may vary depending on the country of delivery, order value, customer status and the requirements of the relevant payment service provider.

When paying via an external payment service provider, its terms and privacy notices also apply. If a payment method requires identity or creditworthiness verification, this will be indicated at checkout or by the respective payment service provider.

For business customers, purchase on account may be offered following individual approval. For advance payment, you will receive the payment information with the order confirmation.
