Reliable drying and storage – up to 50 kg of welding flux

The SDF-50 SAW flux drying oven has been specially developed for the process industry, tank and vessel construction, and manufacturing plants. With a capacity of 50 kg of welding flux and a digitally adjustable temperature of 100–400 °C, it ensures uniform, gentle drying and storage of welding flux.

Thanks to heating systems embedded in the walls and hot-pipe technology, the flux is heated homogeneously – without the need for stirring. The digital controller facilitates the precise control of drying and storage processes.

The Rockwool insulation, 800 °C heat-resistant fiberglass gaskets, and the energy-efficient design maintain the temperature for up to 8 hours without a power supply. The SDF-50 is top-loading and bottom-discharging and fits perfectly over a 20 kg bucket for clean operation. Robust, lockable heavy-duty casters ensure mobility and a stable stand.
