The SDE-100 Electrode Drying Oven is the perfect choice for businesses that need to safely store and dry large quantities of welding electrodes. Designed for the process industry, tank and vessel construction, and workshops, the oven impresses with 100 kg capacity and versatile applications as a drying and storage oven.

With the precise digital thermostat, the temperature can be individually adjusted between 100 and 400 °C. This ensures electrodes remain dry and ready for use – without loss of quality during welding.

Thanks to Rockwool insulation, 800 °C heat-resistant fiberglass door seals, and energy-efficient design, the SDE-100 heats up quickly and cools down slowly. Even without power, the oven maintains its temperature for up to 8 hours.

For maximum user-friendliness, the SDE-100 features four removable trays (220 × 440 × 70 mm), robust heavy-duty casters with brakes, and an integrated gas exhaust that safely removes moisture and gases.
