The SDE-100 electrode drying oven is the perfect choice for facilities that need to safely store and dry large quantities of welding electrodes. Designed for the process industry, tank and vessel construction, and workshops, the oven impresses with its 100 kg capacity and versatile use as a drying and storage oven.

With the precise digital thermostat, the temperature can be individually set between 100 and 400 °C. This ensures electrodes remain dry and ready for use at all times – without any loss of welding quality.

Thanks to Rockwool insulation, 800 °C heat-resistant fiberglass door seals, and an energy-efficient design, the SDE-100 heats up quickly and cools down slowly. Even without a power supply, the oven maintains its temperature for up to 8 hours.

For maximum user-friendliness, the SDE-100 features four removable trays (220 × 440 × 70 mm), robust heavy-duty casters with parking brakes, and an integrated gas exhaust that safely removes moisture and gases.
