Stick electrodes Oerlikon Supranox 316L 1.4430
Stick electrodes Oerlikon Supranox 316L for corrosion and heat-resistant steels
- Excellent welding properties
- Fine-droplet material transfer
- Almost spatter-free material transfer
- Fine-scaled fillet welds
- Slag is partially self-releasing
Rutile-coated stick electrodes Oerlikon Supranox 316L suitable for similar austenitic Cr-Ni-Mo steels/cast steels in certain applications. Suitable for operating temperatures from 0 °C to 400 °C. Scale resistant up to 800 °C. Good wetting of the weld flank. Weldable with DC and AC – minimum open circuit voltage for AC is 50V. Fine-droplet material transfer.
Easy ignition and re-ignition. Soft and stable arc.
Yield 100%.
General: Suitable for non-corrosive austenitic chromium-nickel steel with low carbon content, as well as for non-corrosive or heat-resistant Cr steel / cast steel.
Disposal of this product or its residues must be carried out in an environmentally sound manner, observing local disposal regulations. Where possible, use recycling.
