Description:

Minimal spatter, self-detaching slag, and finely rippled, uniform weld seams with seamless transitions to the base material. Ideally suited for welding general structural steels. In diameters up to 2.0 mm, also suitable for vertical down welding. Features excellent striking and restriking properties and can be operated without issues on small transformers with 42 V.

Base materials:

S235JRG2 - S355J2; pressure vessel steels P235GH, P265GH, P295GH; shipbuilding steels; fine-grain structural steels up to P355N and M qualities.
