Rutile-cellulose coated stick electrodes Böhler Phoenix Blue R30, applicable in many areas for repair, assembly, and workshop welding. Assembly work can be performed with constant current in all positions. Also suitable for welding rusty and coated sheets. The Böhler Phoenix Blue stick electrodes are perfectly suited for tack welding and poor fit-ups. Weldable with DC and AC current. Fine-scaled material transfer. Also suitable for beginners due to easy handling. 

Easy ignition and re-ignition. Relatively insensitive to contamination in the weld area. Stable arc and good X-ray integrity.

Böhler Phoenix Blue stick electrodes can also be used with small transformers and are weldable at 42V safety extra-low voltage.

Yield strength up to 420 MPa.

General: Fine-grain structural steels, shipbuilding steels according to approval grade 2, weldable reinforcing steels
