Massivdrahtelektrode aus Nickellegierung (utp by voestalpine) für das Schweißen von Nickellegierungen, hitzebeständigen und warmfesten Stählen. Gute Zähigkeit bei Temperaturen bis -269 °C, gut geeignet für Austenit/Ferrit-Verbindungen sowie für zähe Verbindungen und das Auftragen an hitzebeständigen Cr- und CrNi-Stählen und Ni-Legierungen. Max. 900 °C für vollbelastete Nähte; hoher Widerstand gegen Spannungsrissskorrosion und interkristalline Korrosion durch niedrigen C-Gehalt.
Klassifizierung: EN ISO 18274 S Ni 6082 (NiCr20Mn3Nb); AWS A5.14 ERNiCr-3.
Richtanalyse in Gew.-%: C 0,02 | Si 0,2 | Mn 2,8 | Cr 19,5 | Ni >67 | Nb 2,5 | Fe <2,0 | FN 0.
Gütewerte (unbehandelt): Rp0,2 ≥ 380 MPa, Rm ≥ 620 MPa, A ≥ 35 %, ISO-V KV bei 20 °C ≥ 90 J.
Verarbeitung: Stromart DC+, Schutzgas nach EN ISO 14175 I1 (Ar + 30 % He + 2 % H2 + 0,1 % CO2); Wärmeeinbringung max. 1,5 kJ/mm, Zwischenlagentemperatur max. 150 °C, Wärmenachbehandlung nicht notwendig.
Zulassungen: TÜV (03089), DNV.
