Eigenschaften: auch zum Schweißen plattierter Stähle geeignet für Betriebstemperaturen < 300 °C; Schweißgut mit Delta-Ferrit-Gehalt ca. 12 %, dadurch geringe Heißrissanfälligkeit; höherer Siliziumgehalt für besseres Anfließen und Nahtaussehen.
Klassifizierung: AWS A5.9 ER309LSi, EN ISO 14343-A G 23 12 L Si. Schutzgase nach EN ISO 14175: M12 und M13.
Zulassungen: TÜV, DB, CE.
Typische Analyse: C 0,020; Mn 1,8; Si 0,85; P ≤0,025; S ≤0,020; Cr 24; Ni 13.
Typische Anwendungen: allgemeine Fertigung, Transport, Prozessindustrie. Lieferform: Spule BS300, 15 kg (0,8 mm, 1,0 mm, 1,2 mm).
