Böhler Q G4 welding wire, suitable for all general applications in multi-pass welding. For MAG welding. Particularly suitable for sheet metal applications. Low-spatter material transfer in short and spray arcs. Notch impact strength down to -40 °C. Good wetting of the weld flank. Fine-droplet material transfer.

Easy ignition and re-ignition. Increased protection against corrosion due to final surface coating.

General: Suitable for unalloyed and low-alloy steels or cast steel up to 460 N/mm² yield strength. Can be used with CO2 and Ar/CO2 or Ar/CO2/O2 mixed gas.
