Solid wire electrode Böhler Q G3, suitable for use in all areas for general applications in multi-pass welding. For GMAW (MAG) welding. Particularly well-suited for sheet metal applications. Low-spatter material transfer in short and spray arcs. Notch toughness down to -40 °C. Good wetting of the weld flank. Fine-droplet material transfer.

Easy ignition and re-ignition. Increased protection against corrosion due to a finishing surface coating.

General: Suitable for non-alloy and low-alloy steels or cast steel up to 420 N/mm² yield strength. Can be used with CO2 and Ar/CO2 or Ar/CO2/O2 shielding gas.

The disposal of this product or its remnants and residues must be carried out in an environmentally friendly manner, observing local disposal regulations. Use recycling channels whenever possible.
