Solid wire electrode Böhler Q G3 welding wire, applicable in all areas for general multi-pass welding applications. For MAG welding. Particularly suitable for sheet metal applications. Low-spatter material transfer in short and spray arc. Notched impact strength down to -40 °C. Good wetting of the weld flank. Fine-droplet material transfer.
Easy ignition and re-ignition. Increased protection against rust, due to final surface coating.
General: Suitable for unalloyed and low-alloy steels or cast steel up to 420 N/mm² yield strength. Can be used for CO2 and Ar/CO2 or Ar/CO2/O2 mixed gas.
