A versatile welding helmet with an extra-large field of view and crystal-clear optics. The helmet features the innovative Crystal Lens Technology, which ensures a color-true and clear view, as well as a grinding mode. The helmet makes it easy to adjust sensitivity through stepless settings and "Super High" sensitivity; it also features a shade level autopilot, a twilight function, and a comfort headband. The heat-reflective paint protects against overheating, and the sensor slider ensures individual adjustment when setting the detection angle of the sensors. Easy to operate, even for inexperienced welders, due to its simple handling.

Description Optrel Swiss Air: 

The optrel swiss air is a ventilated half mask that can be used in a wide variety of trades. This system is particularly useful for various applications, including welding, grinding, demolition work in the construction industry, industrial cleaning, and the food and chemical industries. This half mask can easily be worn under a welding helmet and is compatible with safety glasses and hard hats.

The core component of the optrel swiss air blower respiratory protection system is a half mask that covers the mouth and nose and supplies them with clean air. A slight overpressure in the breathing area makes breathing easier and eliminates annoying breathing resistance. The half mask is made of high-tech fabric and can be comfortably adjusted thanks to an individually adjustable headband, without the need for time-consuming fit tests.

The clean air is delivered via a Y-hose from a miniaturized blower system worn on the back. This ensures that the user is constantly supplied with clean, pressurized air and that their airways are protected from contaminated air.
