The "Ceramic Spray" from ABICOR BINZEL is highly heat-resistant and offers long-term protection against welding spatter adhesion on gas and contact nozzles, as well as on all welding process fixtures. The ABICOR BINZEL ceramic spray increases system availability and reduces ongoing maintenance costs. It is also ideally suited for automated applications with long welding processes. After spraying, a white, ceramic, highly heat-resistant protective film is formed. Due to the extremely short drying time of approx. five seconds, the welding process can be started immediately.
