ABICOR BINZEL's "Ceramic Spray" is highly temperature-resistant and offers long-term protection against welding spatter adhesion on gas and power nozzles as well as on all welding process devices. The ABICOR BINZEL Ceramic Spray increases system availability and reduces running maintenance costs. It is also ideally suited for automated applications with long welding processes. After spraying, a white, ceramic, highly temperature-resistant protective film forms. Due to the extremely short drying time of approx. five seconds, the welding process can be started immediately.
