Description: 

Combining the optimal properties of split leather and flame-resistant cotton, the ESAB FR/Leather Welding Jacket offers fantastic spatter protection in a comfortable, lighter jacket than an all-leather variant. This combination jacket features three generous internal pockets to hold all the essential items without allowing hot material to become trapped within them. A full hook and loop front closure system with stand-up collar excludes hot material while remaining quick and easy to open.

The wide sleeves with adjustable cuffs are designed for comfort and protection, allowing for a good fit. Gussets under the arms ensure sleeves remain fully covered even when welding overhead.

Intended use:

Class 2 - recommended for manual welding processes with heavy spatter and drops, e.g. stick welding (with basic or cellulosic electrode), MAG welding (CO2 or mixed gases), MIG welding (with high currents), gas-shielded welding, plasma cutting, gouging, flame cutting, thermal spraying for operating machines, e.g. in confined spaces, during overhead welding/cutting or in forced positions. This clothing is designed to protect against flames, molten metal, spatter, radiant heat and short-term, accidental electrical contact.
