LONGEVITY AND COST REDUCTION

The most common and expensive failures are caused by external damage. Pressure regulators are usually exposed to rough handling. The most frequent damage occurs during cylinder changes, while transporting complete equipment in a vehicle, or during daily work. The newly developed and extremely robust pressure gauge guard of the GCE ProControl® helps to prevent these failures. With the new GCE ProControl®, you minimize production interruptions as well as service and replacement costs. Defective and leaking pressure gauges often lead to high gas losses. The new pressure gauge guard also minimizes this risk and contributes to safety and cost reduction.

SAFETY

The new GCE ProControl® is designed for use with all standard technical gases up to 300 bar cylinder pressure. All safety-relevant requirements for oxygen and flammable gases as well as all requirements for the high-pressure range were taken into account during product development. The GCE ProControl® has passed a series of type tests according to ISO 2503. Product safety was carried out and documented via long-term field trials in very different applications by selected and authorized partners.
