Descrizione:
Il Böhler FOX DMO kb è un elettrodo a bastone con rivestimento basico. Il metallo di saldatura di questo elettrodo, che corrisponde al tipo 0.5Mo corrisponde a, ha una struttura di ferrite aciculare e bainite. Grazie alle sue favorevoli proprietà meccaniche, è adatto sia durante la saldatura che dopo il trattamento termico. Questo elettrodo viene utilizzato in un'ampia gamma di attività di saldatura, dalla saldatura congiunta di acciai fusi e acciai simili resistenti al calore alla saldatura congiunta di acciai strutturali, a grana fine e per tubazioni ad alta resistenza. Il Böhler FOX DMO kb è per un uso a lungo termine a temperature fino a 550 Approvato ºC e mostra un'eccellente resistenza agli urti con intaglio a temperature inferiori a -50ºC.

Note speciali
Le impostazioni per il preriscaldamento, la temperatura di interpass e il trattamento post-termico devono essere regolate in base ai requisiti del materiale di base esistente. Come raccomandazione generale, il preriscaldamento è compreso tra 100 fino a 250ºC a seconda dello spessore del materiale. Le temperature tipiche per il trattamento post-termico sono nell'intervallo di 520-620ºC.
