Description:
Seamless cored wire UTP Robotic 600 made from a chrome-alloyed metal powder mixture, specially developed for surfacing components that need to withstand high loads from pressure, impact, and abrasion. Compared to solid wires, this cored wire features smoother welding behavior, produces less slag even with multi-pass welding, and allows for easy slag removal. The welded material forms a martensitic structure. Thanks to its excellent welding properties and easy handling during feeding, this wire is particularly suitable for automated welding processes. Typical applications include cutting tools, crusher jaws, and impact plates.
