Description Lorch X 350

The Lorch X-Series: When demands are high and conditions are challenging. When processing thick material, in difficult welding positions and under harsh environmental conditions, where conventional electrode welding processes with standard electrodes reach their limits, the demands become diverse and sometimes extremely challenging. The X-series from Lorch was developed precisely for such applications.

The special vertical-up seam and pulse function of the X-series provides a decisive relief in such challenges. MicorBoost technology ensures excellent and reliable ignition and welding characteristics, regardless of whether basic, rutile, or CEL electrodes are used. In addition, the extremely robust, yet compact housing of the X-series offers increased comfort during welding.

Increased performance through MicorBoost The fully resonant welding inverter enables significantly larger voltage reserves to be activated in the event of external disturbances that reduce the current. The result is flawless execution of electrode welding.

For demanding applications Thanks to its low weight, compact dimensions, and fall safety from heights of up to 60 cm, the X-series is one of our most flexible welding machines.

Versatile The Lorch X 350 is ideally suited for welding with basic, rutile, and special electrodes up to 8 mm in diameter, as well as for safely welding vertical-down seams with cellulose electrodes (CEL). In addition, the ContacTIG function enables TIG-DC welding.

Reliability guaranteed Thanks to MicorBoost technology, the Lorch X 350 offers reliable ignition and a stable arc even with long mains cables of up to 200 m and when using a generator.

Precise gouging The Lorch X 350 is not only suitable for electrode welding, but also excellent for precise gouging.

Adaptable for MIG-MAG welding with CC and CV characteristics The Lorch X 350 can also be used in conjunction with semi-automatic MIG-MAG wire feeders.
