Description Lorch X 350

The Lorch X-Series: When requirements are high and conditions are demanding. When processing thick material, in difficult welding positions, and under harsh environmental conditions where conventional electrode welding processes with standard electrodes reach their limits, the requirements become diverse and sometimes extremely demanding. The X-Series from Lorch was developed precisely for such applications.

The special vertical-up and pulse function of the X-Series provides a decisive relief for such challenges. The MicorBoost technology ensures excellent and reliable ignition and welding properties, regardless of whether basic, rutile, or CEL electrodes are used. In addition, the extremely robust yet compact housing of the X-Series offers increased comfort when welding.

Performance increase through MicroBoost The fully resonant welding inverter makes it possible to activate significantly larger voltage reserves in the event of external disturbances that reduce the current. The result is flawless electrode welding execution.

For demanding applications Thanks to its low weight, compact dimensions, and drop resistance from a height of up to 60 cm, the X-Series is one of our most flexible welding units.

Versatile in use The Lorch X 350 is excellent for welding with basic, rutile, and special electrodes up to a diameter of 8 mm, as well as for the reliable welding of vertical-down seams with cellulose electrodes (CEL). Furthermore, the ContacTIG function enables TIG DC welding.

Reliability guaranteed Thanks to MicorBoost technology, the Lorch X 350 offers reliable ignition and a stable arc even with long mains cables of up to 200 m and when using a generator.

Precise gouging The Lorch X 350 is not only suitable for electrode welding but is also excellent for precise gouging.

Adaptable for MIG-MAG welding with CC and CV characteristics The Lorch X 350 can also be used in combination with semi-automatic MIG-MAG wire feed units.

Automatic hot start The automatic adaptive hot start ensures perfect ignition.

Anti-stick system The anti-stick system effectively prevents the electrode from sticking.

Arc-force regulation The arc-force regulation supports the welding process through increased arc stability and optimized transfer of the welding material.

High mobility Thanks to its low weight, the Lorch X 350 offers high mobility and flexibility.
