A versatile pressure regulator that offers excellent outlet pressure stability and safety when working with gases. The BaseControl provides high performance for all common applications of CO2, Argon, and AR/CO2. This regulator offers savings in terms of service, spare parts, and full replacement due to its extended service life. In addition, the BaseControl features an ergonomic design and stands out for its simple and user-friendly handling.
The pressure regulator is equipped with a PRV safety device that protects the regulator's low-pressure chamber against overpressure. Manufactured according to the highest safety requirements of ISO 5171, the BaseControl performs reliable and safe work. The pressure gauge is equipped with a triple scale, and the BaseControl housing is forged from pressure-resistant brass.
The pressure regulator has a low weight of 1.25 kg.
The BaseControl should only be used at temperatures from -5 to +60 °C.

Preparation and Use
Before the pressure regulator can be connected to the gas cylinder, ensure that the gas cylinder is standing firmly.
Then, unscrew the sealing nut or plug of the gas cylinder and open the cylinder valve briefly to blow out dust and other contaminants.
Before opening the cylinder valve, unscrew the adjustment screw of the pressure regulator until the spring is released, then open the cylinder valve slowly and carefully.
Please also check for leaks using, for example, leak detection spray.
